TERMS OF SERVICE

WALK-INS WELCOME

  • While we prefer scheduling an appointment, we do welcome walk-in clients, based on availability. Depending on time conflicts there may be a waiting period or a scheduled appointment is necessary.

CANCELLATION or NO SHOW POLICY

  • Your appointment is very important to our De Lux Nail Bar team and we will do our best to accommodate if your service must be canceled or rescheduled.

  • An open schedule is ideal; DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT when you are in a rush or restricted for time.

  • We require a 3 hour notice if you must cancel/reschedule any appointment.

  • Failure to reschedule 3 hours in advance or to show up will result in a 50% charge of service price.

  • After 3 times of No Show or Failure to Cancel and Reschedule in a timely manner will result in restriction for future bookings. You will only be allowed service as a walk-in.

  • Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late, and you will be charged 50% of all services booked.

**Please understand that, as a customer, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. As a courtesy, we do have a system that generates calls, texts, or emails to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you are unsure. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A SERVICE FEE OR REFUSE PARTIAL/COMPLETE SERVICES if you make an appointment and don’t cancel or show up.**

LATE/ TARDINESS 

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided; After that time, a $20 late fee is added to your final balance. 

  • If the Salon is running behind schedule, we provide a courtesy call or will inform you when you arrive. If you decide to reschedule for another day we will provide a courtesy reschedule or salon credit.

**We understand things happen, but please know, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our team's day by delaying them for their more punctual clients. We respect all of our clients, so please respect us and do not book if you are not flexible or in a rush.**

GUARANTEED SERVICE

We always strive for 100% satisfaction with our services.

  •  If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you let us know before you leave the salon or please contact us within 3 days

  • Any issues reported after 3 days from original appointment date will not immediately be considered as a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.

  • Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for up to 7 days after your appointment; excluding breakages.

  • Loss of an enhancement, chipped nails/ polish, or lifting in the first 7 days, please call us 301-755-4189 for a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 2 days of notification to the salon to be considered complementary fixes.) 

  • Repairs after 7 days for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $5 for gel manicure and $10+ for enhancement each.

  • Regular Nail Polish services are not guaranteed. We would be glad to fix them for you within 2 days after your appointment. 

NAIL REPAIRS

  • We will not guarantee the availability for repair with walk-ins. Please set up your appointment prior, to ensure your service. 

  • Please have your receipt ready to confirm the date of your services and the technician who provided the services.

  • Please feel free to call or text message us at 301-755-4189 so we can service you as soon as possible.

  • We have a NO REFUND POLICY on services completed at our salon. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

GRATUITY

  • Gratuity is not included in the price of service or salon packages. 

  •  You may tip the nail technician immediately after service or upon check out at the front desk via CASH, VENMO, CASH APP.

**With parties of 4 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

CELLPHONE

  • As a courtesy to others, please silence your cell phones and other devices. We ask for you to use headphones or step away for unexceptionally high volume calls. Thank you!

SALON PROMOTIONS/GIFT CARDS

  • De Lux Nail Bar discount specials cannot be used in combination with any other offers, promotions or third party gift certificates.

  • Please present any certificates, coupons, vouchers, etc., before their expiration date. 

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates or coupons.

  • Our gift cards and certificates hold no cash value, cannot be used for gratuity, and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • When redeeming your gift card, please ensure that you present the confirmation number at the time of service.

CHILDREN and PETS SAFETY POLICY

  • NO CHILDREN UNDER 5 ALLOWED IN THE SALON

  • Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon.

  • Young children in carriers/ strollers are not allowed in the salon.

  • Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.

  • In the event you must bring a young child, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. 

  • Older children, (10+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating areas. 

  • We DO NOT PERFORM ANY NAIL ENHANCEMENTS ON CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12, SUCH AS FULL SETS, GEL X, DIPPING OR ANY NAIL ENHANCEMENTS.

  • Service Pets are welcome, however, please call beforehand if they will be attending the appointment with you.

**We understand how challenging it is to find time to spend for yourself. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the salon to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience. Our concerns are for the safety of you, your children, and even your pet. De Lux Nail Bar technicians and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child and pet safety policy. 

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS 

  • De Lux Nail Bar IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damaged, lost, stolen, misplaced, or broken belongings. It is solely the client's responsibility to ensure their personal items are secured before and after receiving any salon services.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

  • We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks. 

De Lux Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
